We offer: 5 Days of PTO 6 Paid Holidays Up to 50% of health insurance premiums paid by Impact Access to a retirement plan, financial fitness, and employee savings programs Pay $16-$17 per hour based on shift1st Shift - Monday - Friday 7AM-3PM 2nd Shift – Monday - Friday 3PM-11PM 3rd Shift – Monday - Thursday 8:30PM-7AM Job Description: A Material Handler will be responsible for moving goods around warehouses or other industrial sites. In addition to loading and unloading deliveries from trucks and placing products in the designated locations. Position Requirements: Maneuvering forklifts safely within the facility Stacking and unstacking goods onto shelves or pallets Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages and reporting if needed Wrapping pallets to prepare goods for transport Keeping up to date on any safety regulations, as well as forklift operating procedures Consolidating pallets as needed Accuracy and attention to detail Able to work independently with some direction Able to read and comprehend written instructions Able to perform simple math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) Basic computer/keyboarding skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, twist and bend to the floor for the duration of a work period Lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment up to 50 pounds Must have positive communication and interpersonal skills Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent Thank you for your interest in Impact Workforce Solutions, we are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and participate in the E-Verify eligibility confirmation program.
