Responsibilities: Manage the hardware/software product lifecycle Maintain the product catalog to ensure organizational compliance Ensure accuracy of data synchronizations into Asset Management database Ensure quality control of all IT assets Generate quotes based on expiring/expired IT assets Generate SOWs for renewal-based engagements Ensure all product sales are within agreed-upon Company profit margins Assist in quote creation Purchase hardware/software from designated vendors Oversee product tracking process Effective communicate purchasing updates to internal staff Maintain vendor/partner relations Generate deal registrations (when applicable) Other duties as assigned Potential for additional responsibilties: Understand the context/initiatives of project(s) Plan, organize, and execute project goals in relation to timelines and budgets Provide communication of project status(es) to internal/external stakeholders Manage/coordinate internal project resources Oversee change management process, as related to hardware/software Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience 1-3 years full-time experience in an office setting Business-minded individual with interest in business operations Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to problem solve and multi-task effectively.
