Administrative Assistant for Real Estate Firm Multi-Million Dollar Boutique Brokerage looking to hire a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, marketing properties, branding, assisting with company exposure and agent recognition. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. Real Estate License not required but is preferred! Responsibilities:• Marketing, branding, assisting with company exposure, agent recognition, and assisting with daily office tasks Qualifications: • Must have high school diploma or GED • Available evenings and weekends• Previous experience in the real estate industry • Great written and verbal skills • Real estate license preferred• Experience in Canva, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft Suite, OneDrive preferred Compensation: $30,000 - $35,000 per year About Company: Top producing team serving the Greater Baton Rouge Area.
