Premier Truck Sales & Rental, Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist. Responsibilities: Accounting & administrative support for Sales & Accounting teams Process and validate financial details on sales quotes and orders Coordinate with external finance companies & banks; prepare financial documents for sales Prepare and submit title documents for new and sold vehicles Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports and audits Customer account setup and maintenance Billing and invoice distribution Analyze customer account data and resolve inquiries/discrepancies Record AR entries; review & resolve aging AR balance Backup AP support as needed Assist with month-end & year-end closing procedures Other responsibilities as needed Qualifications: 3 to 5+ years of Accounting experience Title experience a plus + Expertise with Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel) Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, customers, and external agencies Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to act and operate independently with minimal direction Works well under pressure, with an ability to meet deadlines Highly organized, trustworthy, and self-directed Ability to identify and solve problems with good judgment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Premier offers an excellent benefits package which includes paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and life insurance coverage.
