We are currently seeking a Service Designer to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US:DC), United States (US). Join Our Team: Seeking a Service Designer NTT DATA is a Global IT Innovator delivering technology:enabled services and solutions to clients around the world. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Service Designer. As a vital member of our organization, you will work collaboratively with cross:functional teams to design and improve services within a federal agency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in a fast:paced environment. Key Responsibilities: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Guide clients utilizing human:centered methods to address organizational and experience challenges.:Engage with clients and customers to identify pain points and uncover enterprise opportunities.:Advocate for the customers perspective, ensuring their needs are incorporated into proposed solutions.:Leverage research and data to communicate insights and shape mission/program strategy.:Collaborate effectively within cross:functional agile teams, representing stakeholder and user needs.:Acquire product knowledge and integrate research considerations into technological solutions.:Ensure the delivery of high:quality deliverables across multiple projects. Basic Qualifications: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Bachelors degree in design, human:computer interaction, psychology, or related field.:Minimum 2 years of experience in human:centered design, service design, and/or customer experience design.:US citizenship required.:Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity for problem:solving.:Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and integration of research and design into sprints.:Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.:Previous experience in project:based environments and/or consulting roles.:Previous work experience with federal government projects is a plus.:Strong portfolio showcasing projects in service design, user experience design, or related areas.:Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.:Excellent communication and collaboration skills.:Excellent written communication and presentation skills.:High energy level, self:starter with a positive attitude.:Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
