What You'll Do Leadership: Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects from inception to completion. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and our firm's high-quality benchmarks. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in structural engineering with a proven track record of successful projects. High density, concrete design, mixed use, etc. is preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering. Master's degree is a plus. Licensing : Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred. Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. ADAPT, RAM, RISA, Enercalc, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Revit. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and deliver results on time and within budget.
