Maintenance Manager

Description:
Elite Sports Clubs, the premier health and fitness destination in the Greater Milwaukee area, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across our four locations. As the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure the effective upkeep of our facilities to provide a superior experience for our members. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the facilities maintenance team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality work. Develop and implement maintenance programs, policies, and procedures to optimize facility operations and enhance member experience. Plan and prioritize maintenance projects, including repairs, renovations, and equipment installations, across multiple locations. Coordinate with department directors and external contractors to execute capital projects and renovations efficiently and within budget. Oversee preventative maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement of materials and services. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks. Prepare maintenance reports, budget forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and evaluate effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance management, preferably in a multi-site environment. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Proficiency in facilities management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, as needed. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
