As the Senior Enterprise Application Architect of the Enterprise Platform Technology, you will lead sales application teams in driving modern technology transformation, platform solution development, and service excellence. Role Overview: As the Senior Enterprise Application Architect of Platform Technology and Services, you will be instrumental in shaping our technology strategy, architecture, and innovation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Sales Application Director, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the foundation for enterprise applications, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Your focus will be on spearheading two critical functions: Enterprise Application Platform Development and Platform Solution Services, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Technology Leadership : Lead the strategic planning and execution of the App Platform and PSO department's initiatives, aligning technology investments with business objectives and industry best practices. Technology Architecture : Define and maintain the technology architecture roadmap for the enterprise application platform and project management systems, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability. Platform Development Oversight : Provide guidance and oversight to the Platform Development Team in designing, developing, and maintaining core application platforms, leveraging industry standards and emerging technologies. Platform Solutions Management : Direct the efforts of the platform solutions development and servitization, optimizing platform solutions, and ongoing solution maintenance and support to CBUs. Cloud DevOps Engineering : Lead the enterprise-wide DevOps process and CI/CD pipeline, overseeing deployment processes across cloud and on-premises environments to streamline application delivery. Team Collaboration : Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Platform Development Team, Platform Solutions Team, and all related HAEA teams to promote innovation and excellence in platform service development and delivery. Continuous Improvement : Champion a culture of continuous improvement, evaluating technologies and industry trends, and driving innovation within sales application sub-division. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 15+ years of IT experience in consulting, strategic planning, business process design and IT governance and/or relevant project experience. Strong technical expertise in application development, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions. 7+ years of application development experience. This includes hands-on coding and architecture design. 5+ years of experience in cloud computing , with expertise in Cloud DevOps engineering, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions. 10+ years of experience with large enterprise customers . AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred or equivalent cloud certification demonstrating expertise in cloud architecture and best practices. Strong time management, multi-tasking, quantitative & qualitative analysis, decision making skills, critical thinking. Experience leading internal IT teams and external partners to deliver IT solutions and services within customer expectations. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Salary Range - $112,830 to $173,756 Powered by JazzHR
