Description Specialization: Pediatric Job Summary: Wesley Medical Center is assisting with the recruitment of a Pediatrician into a well-established, outpatient, private practice in Wichita, Kansas Qualified Candidates: BE/BC pediatrician with ACGME accredited residency Ability to obtain Kansas licensure Work with a large team of physicians and advanced practice providers Comfortable in a busy practice that prioritizes cultural fit and retention Incentive/Benefits Package: Base salary, then production-based model Future partnership opportunity Health and life insurance, short-term disability and retirement plan Malpractice, licensure and membership fees paid Six weeks of paid time off yearly About Mid Kansas Pediatric Associates/Wesley Medical Center: Mid Kansas Pediatric Associates has served the Wichita community for 40 years The group prides itself on providing compassionate, comprehensive services to children from birth through adolescence in its patient-centered medical home. The group offers a range of pediatric services including sports physicals, sick visits, vaccinations, ear infections, newborn care amongst others Holds Saturday clinic hours and same day appointments for increased accessibility Recruitment is supported by Wesley Medical Center, a 712-bed, 102-bassinet level 1 trauma center drawing from 2/3rds of Kansas and parts of contiguous states.
