Responsibilities: • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly• Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales Qualifications: • Has a real estate license• 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly About Company: We, at Lydia Gable Realty Group with Compass are a leading Real Estate Group in the Conejo Valley; with a respected brand and are also a fun group of individuals to work with.
