JOB OVERVIEW:This position is responsible to perform data analysis and identify opportunities for increased service productivity and a reduction in expenses within the Equipment Service organization. May identify opportunities for process improvement; recommend policies and procedures to drive both savings and increased performance to KPIs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Aggregate and consolidate service data from multiple systems into finished reporting products on key equipment service and sales statistics. * Respond to Manager requests to produce customer level reports on Field Service KPI's for Field Management Reviews with Dental Service Organization (DSO) customers. * Analyze regular reporting; identify concerns or trends for FSOMs. * Develop solutions or strategies to increase productivity. * Develop reports to track outcomes to stated KPIs and SLAs. * Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Understanding of the Dental Service industry is a plus * Ability to understand the Large Account Service business * Ability to understand and map processes fully and suggest/adapt to improvements * Some knowledge of software as a service to continue improving our customer experience * Ability to report on data and trends to build partnerships with our customersGENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work * Ability to set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines * Very good attention to detail and accuracy * Customer service oriented and ability to work with and resolve complex issues * Ability to plan and arrange activities * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information * Ability to multi-task * Capacity to work effectively under pressure * Good analysis and problem solving skills * Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities * Establish productive working relationships at multiple levels within the organizationMINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 5 or more years of related experience.The posted range for this position is $46,541 - $81,446 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Complete tasks in creative and effective ways. Complete assignments and facilitate the work activities of others; coordinate work beyond own area. May provide back-up process support for the Supervisor.COMPLEXITY: Consistently work on complex and unique assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Make recommendations for new procedures. Analyze more complex technical or non-technical problems and suggest solutions where precedent may not exist.SUPERVISION: Work under minimal supervision and may act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often act as a facilitator and team leader and may provide informal feedback.
