Sheeter Helper Graphic Packaging International, LLC, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is a leading provider of packaging solutions for a wide variety of products to food, beverage and other consumer products companies. The Company is one of the largest producers of folding cartons and holds a leading market position in coated:unbleached Kraft board and coated:recycled board. One of its facilities is currently seeking an experienced Sheeter Helper for the Fort Smith, AR plant that is part of the Consumer Products Division Shift is 12:hour nights : 6:45 PM to 7 AM Rotating 4 nights on and 4 nights off Requires weekends, holidays, and frequent over time. Tobacco Free Facility inside and outside for 12:hour shift. Address: 10300 Roberts Blvd, Fort Smith, AR 72916 Position Purpose Participates in overall product outcome associated with Sheeter Presses. :Interprets and documents standards related to product performance and quality. :Assists in the maintenance and set up of equipment for customer product. :Supervision for position is random. Job Functions Must be able to operate and be familiar with the flexo print requirements. :Must be able to handle re:stacking stock :Must be become familiar with technical aspects of press and be able to troubleshoot if needed. :Must be able to assist with CI sorting. :Must be familiar with SAP and PEAK. :Must be able to work towards achieving pressroom goals. :Mechanical skills are a plus. :Performs other organizational duties as required. :Must take direction from Shift Supervisor and Sheeter Operator :Must complete skill validation requirements for the Sheeter Helper Job. :Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. :Requires bending, pulling, walking. : Job Specifications Knowledge : H.S. Education or equivalent, make:ready operations, Leary operations, computer literate, feeder packer and case sealer qualified. :Able to use SAP and PEAK systems. :Skills : Mechanical, communication. :Abilities:Good attendance, guide teams and processes, and ability to work alone.
