We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Applicants should be enthusiastic, determined to earn upside commissions, and be driven to succeed. Responsibilities: • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers• Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed • Close sales• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry• An established track record of successful real estate sales • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience• A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live in Orange County• Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
