Great opportunity in the Palm Springs, CA area for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA) to work in an outpatient family practice setting. Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Must have atleast 1+ yrs exp in Family Practice/Urgent Care Ideally someone already enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid 5 locations and options within the Palm Springs region to choose from Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - 8 hour shifts - no call 3-4 patients per hour Scheduled and Walk In patients throughout day EMR used is currently Integrity but switching to Epic Looking for mission driven providers to help the community in need Solid base salary with quarterly compliance bonuses per patient, $10K sign on, relocation, and loan repayment options available Please refer to Job ID#4106.
