At Seneca, we produce seeds, harvest crops, manufacture our own containers and provide a wide range of nutritious fruit and vegetable products.Quality Control Technician - Beet Color Seneca Foods in Clyman, Wisconsin is currently seeking a Quality Control Technician - Beet Color to join our team. Quality Control Technician would be responsible for providing support to the Quality Department by completing required testing, documentation and data entry. Responsibilities:* Assist in Procuring samples for micro testing.* Perform color analysis for all production.* Responsible for lot sample retention.* Assist with daily yield reports.* Create inventory tickets for all beet juice production.* Perform line audits during production.* Perform other functions as required by the Quality Control Manager. Qualifications:* Have experience with Microsoft Office programs.* Comprehensive understanding of basic and intermediate math concepts.* Outstanding organizational skills.* Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing with employees and customers.* Basic understanding of measuring tools and equipment.* Requires a minimum of a High School Education or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Food Science preferred.* 1-2 years of previous Quality Assurance experience would be beneficial.
