Dental Receptionist / Front Desk

We are looking to expand our team by adding another position for a Front Desk Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist for our beautiful, busy, established, private Dental PPO Office in ClaremontCalifornia. We are searching for someone who has high energy, has a positive attitude, is always smiling, has at least 4yrs' experience in the dental field, is able to multitask. Preference given to someone who has experience in the following: - Previous experience working at the front desk or TC of a dental office is highly preferred. Must be comfortable presenting treatment plans to high profile patients. - Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus! - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. If you are a professional who is a team player and can work 4-5 days a week, we would love to hear from you! Hourly Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
