Job Description Customer Support Representative II - Winter Haven, FLThis is a full-time, non-exempt position.MAIN FUNCTION: The Customer Support Representative II (CSR II) position is an integral part of the Customer Care team and reports to the Director of Customer Care. The CSR II is responsible for the customer order process from entry to delivery and is accountable for several targeted growth accounts. This position requires the ability to independently resolve transactional questions and problems with minimal supervision. The CSR II position also requires organization skills, detail orientation, analytical skills, effective communication and a customer-centric mindset. This role requires proficiency in all computer systems that support the order entry process. Customer Service is a great way within ADM to move into Central Sales and then to Territory Sales.KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExhibit professionalism and willingness to live our ADM valuesExceptional attention to detailResults orientedCritical thinking skillsDemonstrated team workDependable and accountable Learning agility and flexibility to adapt to changeDESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED:Interactions to create positive customer relationshipsEffectively manage targeted growth accountsAccurately & efficiently enter customer ordersProvide timely order status updates to customersUnderstand customer needs and demands to proactively manage supply chains and minimize delaysAnalyze and creatively resolve issues related to order entry concernsPrepare, submit, and monitor daily and ad hoc reportsEngage in a professional and collaborative manner with internal team membersProvide feedback and ideas to create better efficiency and processesMulti-task in a fast paced environmentKnowledge of and adherence to all ISO procedures and requirementsPerform other duties as requiredREQUIREMENTS:Minimum of a 2 year college degree (Associates Degree) supplemented with at least three (3) years of relevant work experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.Demonstrated capacity to excel within high risk, fast-paced work environmentProficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and Outlook with basic mathematics skillsAbility to assess business and financial risk and exercise sound judgment in making decisionsThe ability to hear and speak clearly; read, comprehend, and communicate, orally and in writing, in order to effectively communicate in person, by telephone and in written form.Position requires sitting for prolonged periods of time, heavy phone use, and standing, bending, kneeling and operating a keyboard.Excited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
