Position: Behavior Technician (BT) Starting Wage: $18 per hour Perks: -We provide comprehensive training for Behavior Technicians and cover the costs for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam. -Progression opportunities: As you level up to become a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll receive pay raises one to two times a year. -Embrace Trauma-Informed ABA: Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, ensuring every interaction is filled with compassion and warmth. -BCBA Support: Work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who prioritize creating a happy, relaxed, and engaged environment. -Vibrant Work Environment: Join a team where trendy and upbeat vibes are embraced, creating an exciting and dynamic atmosphere at Whole Kids Co. -Flexible Schedules: We offer flexible work schedules to accommodate your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact in a supportive environment. -Competitive Pay: Enjoy competitive wages and benefits for full-time team members. Responsibilities: -Implement behavior and skill acquisition treatment plans under the guidance of BCBAs. -Provide one-on-one assistance to clients in daily activities, prioritizing trauma-informed care and meeting kids' individual needs. -Monitor client behavior, collect data, and maintain accurate records. -Foster open communication with families and staff members, respecting children's voices and promoting regulation and connection over compliance. Qualifications: -Prior experience in a behavioral health setting is advantageous but not required. -Passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being. -Working towards or completed a degree in Child Psychology/Neurology, Child Development, Special Education, or Teaching.
