Core Accountabilities: Creativity: Champion ambitious visions for brands and business growth, inspiring creativity across all teams. Stay actively involved in ideation and execution phases to enhance the impact and quality of creative outputs. Utilize insights and unique perspectives to ignite original ideas throughout the agency. Build and leverage client trust to encourage business-appropriate risks, ensuring alignment with overarching strategies. Foster collaboration with Creative Teams to align high-quality creative products with client objectives. Identify opportunities for enhancing marketing strategies, customer engagement, and loyalty through integrated communication solutions. Promote the exploration of innovative and non-traditional media solutions. Develop consumer insights tailored to address specific brand challenges. Productivity: Make strategic decisions that provide clear, focused direction for brand actions. Maintain simplicity and focus, with a constant eye toward creative excellence. Synthesize large data sets into actionable insights, employing both traditional and innovative methodologies. Translate client feedback into clear creative direction. Initiate and develop projects and/or white papers that elevate agency work quality. Knowledge & Skills: Mastery in utilizing tools and methodologies for measuring campaign effectiveness. Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Experience in developing communications strategies across the entire purchase funnel. Maintain a robust network of industry experts and contacts. Stay informed on the latest trends, research, and consumer behavior affecting the marketing landscape. Relationships/ Communication: Build strong relationships with senior client managers, acting as the senior strategist for long-range planning. Cultivate a culture of shared thinking and strategic consensus among teams. Deliver persuasive, inspiring points of view that advocate for strategic ideas. Champion strategic directions with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and advocacy. Facilitate engaging presentations and meetings, both internally and with clients. Foster an environment conducive to continuous learning and effectiveness across all media channels. Required Skills/Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience as a strategist working with diverse brands. Proficient in using external methodologies and internal tools for audience analysis (e.g., MRI Simmons, Gartner). Skilled in creating strategic consensus from multiple viewpoints. Demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies. Exhibits a profound curiosity of human behavior and societal trends. Excellent at engaging and understanding diverse audience motivations and attitudes.
