Responsibilities: • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home• Follow the team plan• Be a team player• Ask questions• Set listing appointments• Close listing appointments• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Close Sales• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live within daily driving distance of the office• Must have working rights in USA Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
