Full job descriptionPurpose:Assist Finance Department with daily work specific to Accounts Payable and AccountsReceivable as well as month-end tasks supporting operational financial reporting andreconciliation. Administrative and office support activities for the facility inMoultrie, GA will also be required.Duties:. Process Accounts Payable vouchers for payment per agreed terms.. Administer Accounts Receivable remittances from customers.. Support accounting related requirements from operations.. Post month-end journal entries.. Execute general ledger account reconciliations.. Provide facility administration support as required.Skills/Qualifications. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail, high organization skills. Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.. Able to demonstrate basic understanding of accounting and finance principles..
