The Lead Contents Specialist plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all aspects of content and cleaning projects as directed by the project management team. Working in collaboration with the Mitigation Foreman, Coordinators, Facilities Manager, and Field Supervisor, the Contents Specialist ensures the successful execution of content-related tasks, from pack-out and cleaning to storage and documentation. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, content crew performance, and efficient project management. Offering • Competitive hourly compensation• Health, Dental, Vision Insurance & HSA• 401(k) Plan & IRA• Employee referral program• Paid Time Off• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)• Cell Phone Allowance• Growth Opportunities• Tool Assistance Program Responsibilities: What You'll Get To Do • Lead and oversee the content team to ensure successful completion of content projects• Act as the primary point of contact on-site during production to manage any project-related issues or inquiries effectively• Conduct Encircle setup and provide thorough crew training for optimal platform utilization• Supervise the packing and meticulous tracking of items in storage vaults in Tualatin, OR, US• Direct the Facilities team in handling and organizing vault contents appropriately• Collaborate with the Facilities team to maintain an ample stock of cleaning and contents supplies• Assist Coordinators in scheduling content projects to ensure timely execution and adherence to timelines• Compile and manage an inventory of non-salvageable contents for proper disposal• Coordinate with Facilities for the distribution of relevant fleet vehicles• Deliver comprehensive content and cleaning training for new hires to meet project standards and safety requirements• Obtain and uphold fire certification within two months and content certification within six months of starting in Tualatin, OR, US• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and documentation related to content projects• Maintain a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction throughout all project phases• Sustain open communication with the project management team to promptly address any customer concerns Qualifications:• You should have prior experience in overseeing contents and cleaning projects• Strong project management abilities are essential for success in this role• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others are crucial• Proficiency in relevant software, particularly Encircle, is a requirement for this position• Providing clear and effective training to crew members is a key aspect of the role• Commitment to safety standards and certifications is mandatory• High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting tasks are critical skills needed• Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and schedules is expected• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for this position in Tualatin, OR.
