Seeking a Research Scientist with characterization experience to support the design and synthesis of Peptide and Protein Drug Conjugates and related biopharmaceutical development programs. Duties: *** Participate in the design and performance of synthetic chemistry experiments to produce peptide and protein conjugates. *** Use a variety of chromatographic (High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry, & Reversed Phase Column Chromatography) and crystallization techniques on a milligram to multi-gram scale. *** Provide analytical support to other scientific teams. *** Develop and optimize experimental processes and protocols. *** Mentor and coach junior scientists. Requirements: *** Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or similar field. *** Experience with large and small molecule synthesis, purification, and characterization.
