The ideal candidate will be motivated, possess strong teamwork skills, and demonstrate a commitment to exceeding client expectations.Duties:Represent clients in insurance defense matters, specializing in bodily injury and first-party/bad faith cases.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.Requirements:3-5 years of experience practicing law, focusing on insurance defense.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team.Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the unique needs of clients.Prior experience in law and motion practice is advantageous.An active license to practice law in Arizona and additional licensure in other states is a plus.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Current license to practice law in the state of Arizona.Skills:Strong understanding of insurance defense principles and procedures.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Effective oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in legal technology and research tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Job Location: Scottsdale, AZBenefits offered:401(k)Dental InsuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insurance With offices and a network of experts across the country in various major metropolitan areas allow this mid-sized defense law firm to provide the highest level of legal services.
