Job Description The role of the Mold Maintenance Technician entails providing comprehensive plant:wide assistance aimed at optimizing operational performance. This is achieved through tasks such as mold cleaning, facilitating mold setup, and addressing mold:related troubleshooting.Starting Pay : Minimum 26.00 per hour. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma. Preferred 2:year degree in Mold Tech. Experience: Experience with injection molding or having a technical machining background desirable. Preferred experience with mold tech, mold setting, and press start:ups. Specific skills: Mechanical, hydraulics, and electrical. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and design to learn. Equipment and Machinery: Injection Molding presses and machines. Computer Experience: Basic computer skills required.
