Hiring Manager: Kristen Riggins Requisition :73055 The Role at a Glance This position will provide leadership and direction on complex projects/initiatives through execution of consulting services, including project management, business analysis and relationship management, which includes but is not limited to accountability for implementation of project deliverables with a focus on business planning, requirements, communications and change management within Corporate Finance/Accounting. General Purpose of JobThis position will provide subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects/initiatives for their assigned area(s) of responsibility including establishing and leading complex enterprise wide, cross:functional initiatives and leading different projects/programs including efforts to launch new products and services, large scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments. What youll be doing - Directing and enhancing organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.- Identifying and directing the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.- Determining operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.- Eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders.- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing complete requirements and solutions.- Analyzing and verifying requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross:functional team members and management.- Providing direction and organization on complex assignments, projects, and/or initiatives to build and enhance the capability of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.- Leading, driving and serving as the intersection point for initiatives involving large project teams across multiple lines of business.- Developing and executing complex effective project management throughout the project development lifecycle, including but not limited to: project planning, resource planning change management and communications planning, and managing changes to scope.- Directing and delivering complex projects and/or programs conforming to project management standards and processes as designated by his/her assigned area of responsibility, including applicable change control and project management methodology.- Serving as a subject matter expert to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on project management and business analysis best practice standards, templates and practices.- Using best practice standards, templates and standards to provide structure and direction for initiatives that involve business processes or change management.- Collaborating effectively and providing consultation with management and appropriate project stakeholders on complex issues and conflicts that impact time, cost, scope, resourcing, quality and risk of assigned projects.- Collaborating with internal and/or external stakeholders to assess, select and recommend complex solutions and/or alternative approaches
