Manager of the Product Solution Center

Provides strategic and operational leadership for the Product Solution Center (PSC) within the US Service Center network, including the direction of all technical service reps across multiple locations, customer service, budgets and activities to meet P and L targets and performance metrics. Key responsibilities include: : Develop and Lead the Product Solution Center and the daily operations: Drive Individual and team goals: Train and Develop Technical Sales Rep personnel: Monitor reports along with expenses and profit /loss: Work closely with DC Shop Operations Manager to ensure PSC and Shops are running efficiently: Responsible for the efficient management of all equipment, suppliers, and shop facilities: Ability to identify and interchange components in existing customer applications to products that are fabricated/assembled in the Applied DC Shops. : Technically support and make recommendations for Power Transmission Products, Linear components, and Industrial and Hydraulic hose assemblies.: Develops budget and operational strategies (both short and long:term) for the Product Solution Center, with a focus on service, productivity, capacity, labor, assets, transportation and costs.: Aligns employee actions with the voice of the customer (internal and external) with consideration for the total cost of production / fulfillment.: Communicates with customers in a clear, concise, timely and professional manner and follows up as necessary; is always professional and represents the organization positively.: Communicates to associates specific duties and requirements of their job including Core Values and Code of Business Ethics.
