Requisition ID:72742 Job Summary This role is critical in supporting Skyworks' broad market strategy to accelerate growth, increase share and position our company as a strategic supplier within our channel partners. It requires a unique blend of analytical skills, customer service orientation and a strong understanding of semiconductor distribution. Responsibilities Leading distribution operations activities internally and externallyAccount set ups, onboarding, EDI, process improvements, trainingOperational support for POS and InventoryManaging distribution policies and proceduresIncludes design registration and margin programs, ship and debits, stock rotationsPublishing and organizing training for global reporting dashboards for direct and distribution channelsSupporting sales management with analyses for strategic reviewsInterface with business units on NPI process and stocking packages for channel partnersWorking closely with centralized Sales Operations on best practices to continuously drive process improvementsIncludes maintaining and developing sales tools like CRM and CPQWorking across the organization to identify and support opportunities for process automation and optimizationSupporting ecommerce channel process improvement Qualifications Bachelors degreeMinimum 10 years' experience in the semiconductor or distribution industryProfessional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with all levels of the organizationStrong presentation, written and verbal communication skillsSelf:initiative, self:motivating, and eager to continue learning LI:DD1 The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD 110,600 : 210,600per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium:free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
