Responsibilities: • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance• Can spend a large amount of time driving• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Have a Florida Real Estate License Compensation: $20 hourly DOE About Company: Josh has been licensed in Real Estate since 2005 and has been coaching and mentoring new and seasoned agents since 2012 running the Josh Hanoud Team. His main passion is teaching agents how to become successful quickly and most of all, being a Real Estate Agent "The Right Way". He has been on several boards throughout his career and was a writer for multiple blogs. The Josh Hanoud Team now covers 1/3 of the state of Florida, but Josh's networking and coaching expand through several states and countries.
