Primary Responsibilities & Duties: Construction Billing using AIA Format as well as Customer Portals Tracking of Change Orders AR Waivers Sworn Statements Job Set Up in Vista Job Folder Set Up AR Collection Calls COI Requests Lien Paperwork Bond Requests and Tracking Prepare weekly/ monthly reports for management Assist with the daily workload of the department Perform additional duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned Filing Answer phones Key Skills and Knowledge: Required High school or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience required. Superior oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all levels of management and customers.
