Epson, a 10B global leader in high:quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager, Curriculum and Systems Training to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and producing effective product training materials, managing Epson's learning management system environment, designs, training budgets and training deliverables for all consumer categories.Join a high:energy team with a strong manager coach that will support you to flourish and succeed This position can be remote, or you can work a hybrid schedule out of Epson Americas headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA. Principal AccountabilitiesIn addition to the following Epsons policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to: :Category and account training needs:Manages training curriculums across printers, scanners, media and projectors:Responsible for Epson's Learning Management System environment, design, training deliverables and all consumer and home entertainment product categories:Manages annual training budget and forecasting training needs aligned with product launches and drives times across retail partners:Program and product training management:Manages Epson and Epson Third Party Labor Program training curriculums and validates employee onboarding completions and certifications:Manages and oversees training support needs throughout product launch factory aligned with creative channel deliverables:Responsible for retailer training and tradeshow event experiences across prioritized product categories Relationship Management: :Responsible for hiring, motivating, evaluating, and developing group/department personnel:Provides coaching and mentoring to team members:Advises management and provides recommendations on personnel and problematic conditions that require escalation:Builds strong relationships with peers and senior management to best meet company goals and objectives:Manages and leverages relationships with vendors for a specific product/service (best price/ product, etc.):Maintains professional relationships with peers in other corporations and outside organizations Department Management: :Operates within budgetary constraints:Participates in the development of annual budget forecasts; updating and reconciling operating and budget plans as required:Develops and maintains written departmental standards and procedures:Directly contributes to the development of tactical and annual operating plans by defining goals and objectives for the group What You Will Bring: :5+ years of retail leadership experience:3+ years of learning management systems experience:Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.) The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD 97,314 and 133,807. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
