Quality Compliance Analyst

Job Description :Manage customer complaints and the quality database. :Communicate customer issues to management and the production teams on a daily basis. :Supports management and hourly employees by providing guidelines for product safety programs (SQF, GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, etc). :Conduct new hire orientation training for quality and product safety programs. :Manage Roll Stock Rejection Database. :Maintain Chain of Custody (COC) requirements for customers, shipments, yearly training, etc. :Manages substandard product and raw materials (paperboard) determining what should be sold, reworked, or scrapped. :Enter vendor complaints into system of record (SAP). :Active participation in project requests from customers. Required Skills :Ability to tactfully direct work and correct employee behaviors. :Ability to work independently and in a group. :Superior time management, verbal, and written communication skills :Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP and Minitab are a plus.
