The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met• Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data• Relentless lead follow-up• Follow the team plan• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Database and CRM mastery• Master scripts Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
