A divisional CFO role to lead the Finance, Accounting, Legal and Compliance functions within a high growth division of a multi-billion dollar FinTech business. You will provide strategic business support and financial leadership and become an integral member of the senior leadership team as they look to rapidly growth the company via organic growth and improvements.Client DetailsOur client is a global leaders in invoice- pay automation. They provide an integrated platform that connects businesses with suppliers, banks, FinTechs and ERPs. They automate, optimize and monetize the entire B2B payments life-cycle. This is highly dynamic business(division) within a multi-billion dollar industry leader and thus provides an incoming CFO with the opportunity to help grow a company with the support of an industry leading, International parent company.Our client is based in Spring Lakes, Florida. The role is hybrid but office based 2-3 times weekly.DescriptionStrategic Business Support: Drive digitization and automation of financial planning and accounting processes. Strategic reporting and drive enriched data to sales/operations. Compliance. Review and validate compliance processes to ensure adherence to federal and state financial regulation.Financial Functions: Responsible for all accounting functions - month to month. Tax and fiscal compliance. Financial and strategic planning to allow for best future growth platform. Corporate finance project management.ProfileYou will be a proven CFO with experience scaling a company within the FinTech space. You will have lead all finance, Accounting and legal compliance and be a proven partner to a senior leadership team. You will have a minimum of ten(10) years experience with a preference for some time within an international/ Non US headquartered company.You will be Florida based or be willing/able to relocate to our client based in Spring Lakes, Florida.Job OfferIndustry leading compensation and bonus opportunity.
