Hours: • Mon- Fri: 9 AM-6 PM• Sat-Sun: Closed Benefits: • Paid Time Off• 10 Paid Holidays, Paid Birthday Off, 1 Paid "Floating" Holiday• $250.00 Medical Stipend• Opportunities for growth Responsibilities:• Manage tenant accounts and relationships• Coordination of facility projects and maintenance• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices• Brainstorm ways to build revenue and expand marketing• Daily inspection of the facilities• Generate 5-star reviews for properties and company• Grow and maintain occupancy at no less than 95%• Create weekly reports to Regional Manager Qualifications:• Customer service experience a Must • Must Have reliable transportation• Property Management experience preferred• Self Storage experience preferred• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 DOE About Company: OUR COMPANY CULTURE “Culture cannot be described in one or two words.
