Job Title: LPN/LVNDuration: 13 weeksLocation: North Adams, MAJob Type: ContractShift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PMShift Notes:12hr Days @ North Country Renal Dialysis Unit 36hr gtPossible relocation, discussed at the interview Job Description: Looking for a detail oriented and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse to dispense prescribed medications as part of a treatment team in partnership with Physicians and Nursing Supervisors. The dispensing nurse also shares responsibility of maintaining dispensing equipment, managing medication inventory and reporting patient treatment information. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A CHRONIC RENAL DIALYSIS CENTER, WHERE PATIENTS ARE RECEIVING DIALYSIS (LTC candidates will not be considered). Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: 2 years current LPN RENAL experienceMeditech Expanse experience strongly preferredMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A CHRONIC RENAL DIALYSIS CENTER, WHERE PATIENTS ARE RECEIVING DIALYSIS (LTC candidates will not be considered).AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION.
