Responsibilities: --- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency --- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all properties to ensure safety and compliance with regulations --- Manage a team of property managers and maintenance vendors to ensure smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction --- Analyze market trends and financial data to make informed decisions on property management accounts, leasing, and pricing --- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors to foster a positive and productive working environment Qualifications: --- 7+ years Residential Property Management Experience --- Valid CA Real Estate License --- Ability to work hard, very hard --- Strong leadership and team management skills --- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities --- A high degree of self-confidence tempered by humility --- Strong attention to detail and organization About Company: Penny Realty, Inc., has been in business in San Diego since 1965.
