We are looking for an experienced Director, Event Marketing Programs to join our energetic marketing department. The ideal candidate will have experience driving event strategy and execution and working in a fast-paced environment. Location: This role is hybrid. Three days a week (M, W, TH) in the office is required. Ke y Responsibilities: Refine and execute an integrated marketing communications plan to support prospecting, lead and pipeline generation and sales opportunity acceleration. Plan includes trade shows, partner, channel and sales field events, customer user group meetings, customer advisory board events, account-based marketing programs and video marketing programs. Design the marketing program and communications strategy for Five9's participation in all industry tradeshows Create new digital marketing programs to support the replacement of lost TQL's and meeting engagements from tradeshows. This includes virtual digital events, digital field marketing programs focused on securing meetings for LDR and Enterprise and Commercial Sales Directors. Manage the logistics & execution of all deliverables for programs (includes the integrated marcom tactics, ancillary events such as customer dinners, speaking opportunities, staffing, giveaways, booth property details, lead capture strategy) Manage overall strategy and oversee program scheduling, program budgets, expenses and travel schedule Ensure that all programs are executed flawlessly; develop processes to achieve continuous improvement of all categories and measure and present upon completion Collaborate with Field Sales leadership and regional teams to create a marketing program support plan and communicate and promote the programs to the field Ensure that branded/supported programs are maximized to best reach target customer base and that the marketing program plan delivers or exceeds forecasted leads Responsible for overall program budget and budget processes, including tracking of expenses and oversee individual event budget reconciliation and accruals Manage vendor relationships and service providers; negotiate contacts and look for ways to optimize vendor program Coordinate with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Demand Marketing, Marketing, Business Development, Channel Sales, Automation, Creative Services, Content, Product, PR, Social Media, and Web Team to manage program components Consistently conduct post-program assessment to track results, measure ROI, and objectively compare programs to one another, leading to program optimization. Continuously update/adjust strategy to meet and exceed the requirements of the market, the sales team and the expanding business requirements Ke y Skills: 10+ years of experience in marketing, planning, budgeting and execution Exceptional budgeting and vendor management skills. Experience managing booth properties, swag vendors, printing vendors, tradeshow management companies, etc. Experience managing an overall marketing and/or field marketing program of at least 20 programs/year Basic understanding of productivity tools such as SFDC, Marketo, etc. Strong MS Office - Excel, Word and Outlook Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at one time Strong organization and project management skills Ability to thrive in a team environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience #LI-CM1 #LI-hybridFive9 embraces diversity and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
