Responsibilities: • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently• Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion• An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients• Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close• Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Lead follow up• Lead generation• Close client sales Qualifications: • Decisive and proactive in the sales process• Great phone presence with a closer mentality• Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities• You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills• Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity Compensation: $85,000 - $135,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams was built on a simple yet revolutionary principle: People are what matter most.
