Position Overview:We're actively looking for committed and empathetic Licensed Therapists to become part of our vibrant team in Concord and Sacramento, California. We're in search of individuals who are deeply dedicated to delivering high-caliber mental health support to a wide range of individuals, including at-risk youth and families. Our ideal candidates will have a genuine passion for their work and a knack for tailoring their services to meet the unique needs of children and adolescents. Responsibilities include conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, leading family therapy sessions, and implementing trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches. Experience with Med-Cal charting is preferred for the position in Concord. Responsibilities:? Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.? Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.? Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.? Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups for clients and their families.? Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and trends in the field of mental health, particularly as they pertain to working with children and adolescents.? Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in all aspects of client care and interactions.? Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes healing and growth for clients and staff alike.
