Manage ops/programs of non-profit org representing the African Diaspora. Provide admin/organizational program support & do strategic planning. Coord American orgs/businesses pursuing interests in Africa, with counterparts in African Embassies/Consulates, & orgs in Africa. Organize USA ops thru admin structure/departmentalization/delegation of functions. Create/implement policies/procedures & member training. Facilitate adherence to op standards & enforce accountability. Translate goals/strategies/programs into work assignments & ensure that plans are implemented/achieved. Identify/correct deficiencies in programs. Reqs: Bachelors Public Admin or Human Resource Mgmt & 2 yrs exp. May work remotely. Apply to: A.
