Responsibilities: • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed• Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments• Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: • One year of work experience in real estate• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis Compensation: $80,000+ at plan earnings About Company: We are a growing and progressive real estate team based in York, PA with collaboration partners across the United States.
