Responsibilities:• Execute exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given• Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products• Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisors and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects• Develop and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives• Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs Qualifications:• 4-year College Degree is preferred but not required• Strong interpersonal skills, customer service focused, willing to go the “extra mile”• Articulate communicator both verbally and in writing• Prior sales and/or business experience preferred• High enterprising focus, confident self-starter, innate problem solver, committed lifetime learner• Fully capable of working individually, highly adaptable to a team environment Compensation: $75,000 - $113,000 at plan yearly About Company: About New York Life - Orlando We are among the strongest and most respected financial companies in America today, consistently appearing on the Fortune 100 list.
