As an integral member, you will drive the convergence of engineering, design, and business objectives, shaping the trajectory of our product user experience from inception to realization. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the formulation and execution of product strategy, ensuring unparalleled UX for our digital offerings. 2. Apply Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles to delineate product roadmaps and guide decision-making. 3. Collaborate seamlessly with Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to cultivate immersive and intuitive user experiences. 4. Leverage user feedback and behavioral analytics to iteratively enhance product performance and design. 5. Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, aligning on vision, strategy, and feature prioritization. 6. Craft and oversee project plans, construct product roadmaps, and establish pivotal milestones. 7. Shepherd the product life cycle, from strategic inception to tactical implementation. 8. Define, assess, and refine key performance metrics, informing strategic decisions and gauging success. 9. Engage in usability testing and user research, translating insights into actionable product enhancements. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in HCI, UX Design, Product Management, Computer Science, or equivalent. 2. 5-7 years of Product Management experience, with a strong emphasis on UX. 3. Profound understanding of HCI principles and a proven track record of their real-world application. 4. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional settings, driving alignment towards business objectives. 5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in user testing and usability analysis methodologies. 7. Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities, rooted in research, data, and industry trends. 8. Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, discerning their implications on design feasibility. 9. Experience with UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. • Technical background or experience. • Proficiency in Agile methodologies. • Professional certification in UX or Product Management. • Advanced degree in HCI, UX, or a related field. • Experience in developing social products, technologies, and platforms.
