Service Technician Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, roof lines, and Trimlight systems. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting issues, conducting diagnostic tests, and identifying the root cause of problems to make necessary repairs while working on a ladder. Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment, roof lines, and systems in a timely and efficient manner- Conduct diagnostic tests to determine the cause of malfunctions- Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions to resolve technical problems- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide updates on work progress- Recommend upgrades or modifications to optimize performance and prevent future issues- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to improve technical skills and knowledge Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable working with heights and working on a ladder Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
