The Consultant will work closely with management to develop recruitment strategies by assessing the local market for designated positions and identifying recruitment trends and market changes.Job Responsibilities * Establishes and maintains strong rapport with internal departments and hiring managers. * Develops and maintains diverse applicant pools. * Follow-ups with applicants regarding their applicant status. * Posts' job requisitions. * Screens applicants and conducts phone and in-person interviews to ensure applicants meet licensing, certification, education and experience requirements. * Addresses compensation issues related to hiring.Key Skills * Outstanding interviewing and assessment skills * Strong collaboration, customer service, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities * Computer proficiency MS Word, Excel, applicant tracking systems, and Internet sourcing techniques * Strong negotiation skills * Outstanding follow-upQualificationsducation & Years of Experience * Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experienceAdditional Experience * Experience in recruitment and sourcing, including some experience working in a recruitment agency or corporate environment * Experience maintaining confidential and critical information * Experience building strong business relationships with key partners and decision makers * Experience with sourcing and negotiatingWork Environment / Physical Requirements * Work is performed in an office/home office environment. * Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.AMN Healthcare will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of the job.Our Core Values* Respect * Passion * Continuous Improvement * Trust * Customer Focus * InnovationAt AMN Healthcare, our diversity, equity, and inclusion philosophy is grounded in the belief that we should respect all voices, seek different perspectives, and succeed when we act together as a positive force for all of humanity.
