Qualified candidates will have: Extensive knowledge of hardware, plumbing so as to provide excellent service to our customers Ability to train, develop and direct other employees to grow and maintain a successful business Knowledge and selling skill to help customers purchase the correct hand or power tools for their job and budget and instruct in safe usage Ability to build merchandise displays that attract customers to shop in our store. Constant attention to maintaining a clean and organized area, with special attention to the weather and greenhouse conditions.
