Description:
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field Proven experience in managing data center facilities, with a minimum of 10 years experience. In-depth knowledge of data center operations, infrastructure, and best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of MEP data center designs and industry practices. In-depth knowledge and understanding of data center critical infrastructure components including CRAC, in-row coolers, chillers, generators, power bus rail systems, and UPS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High degree of self-initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision. Ability to conceptualize complex business and technical requirements and transform them into comprehensible models and templates Informed on technological trends and developments. Must possess a can-do attitude Ability to establish organizational structure, including people and processes. Foster an innovative environment and effectively leverage that innovation to drive value creation. Effectively delegate work to direct reports, trusting them to perform without constant involvement. Motivate and empower individuals to be the best they can be. Build high-performing teams with people who are engaged, share a sense of ownership, and have a team-first mentality.
