General Floor , the largest wholesale floor covering distributor in the tri-state area, is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk . This opportunity is located in Bellmawr, NJ and the hours are 9:30 AM-6 PM , Monday-Friday with the exception of r otating Wednesday evening hours 11:30 AM-8 PM. Hours during initial 60 day training period are 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Duties: Answer Account Receivable phone inquiries Contact Customers for payments Application and maintenance of customer credits on account Maintain and process customer forms and requests Process deposits and credit card payments Provide excellent internal/external customer service and support Create and maintain A/R reports, excel spreadsheets, invoices and statements Special projects and other duties assigned as needed by management Ideal Candidates are: Comfortable talking on the phone Organized and detail oriented Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel Reliable and punctual Flexible to cover alternate shifts Must have reliable transportation and valid d/l for bank and post office pick up Perks: IDEAL HOURS, Monday-Friday only!
