What You’ll Be Doing: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests. Provide information about services offered, pricing, and scheduling availability. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers. Listen attentively to customer needs and ensure accurate understanding of their requirements. Schedule appointments efficiently, taking into account customer preferences and technician availability. Update and maintain appointment schedules and customer records in the database. Communicate effectively with technicians to coordinate appointments and ensure timely service delivery. Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide any necessary reminders or instructions. Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service delivery. Things To Know: Hours vary based on the assigned shift but our phones are on Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and Saturdays from 9-2. You must be willing to work the occasional Saturday in a rotating schedule with the rest of the team--about once a month. What Can We Offer You for All Your Hard Work?
